Here is my diet/exercise plan.
School days:
Breakfast- Small bowl of special k chocolate delight with milk (any kind i use 2% still)
Lunch- a turkey sandwich on white bread with a snack like a granola bar or one of those 100 calorie snacks. they sell really good kinds for only 100 calories and low in fat.
Dinner- whatever my dad makes. usually a simple chicken sandwich with any...
